I am Hari Krishna Mandali Development Officer working with Life Insurance Corporation of India having 31 years of experience in Life Insurance Industry, in particular expertise in Recruitment, Training and Motivating Life Insurance Advisors.
Acquired Expertise in Risk Analysis, Need based planning based on CLNA (Capital Liquid Need Analysis), HLV (Human Life Value) method, Unit linked Insurance planning, Health Insurance and Retirement solutions.
My role as Development Officer supporting lic advisors to learn sales techniques, need based selling, understand our LIC products and give them proper guidance to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to deliver the products to different segments.
